Receptions to Honor Dr. Edwin and Mrs. Jo Massey Scheduled for August

FORT PIERCE, FL鈥� 91自拍 River State 91自拍 is hosting receptions at each of its branch campuses in honor of Dr. Edwin and Mrs. Jo Massey for their outstanding leadership and service. The community is invited to join faculty, staff, administration and students in recognizing the Masseys鈥� contributions to the 91自拍 and to the region at large.

Massey, 91自拍鈥檚 third president, has served the 91自拍 with high distinction since 1973 (including 32 years as president). In April of 2019, he guided 91自拍 to its highest honor to date, the Aspen Prize for Community 91自拍 Excellence. The award is the nation鈥檚 signature recognition of high achievement and performance among the more than 1,000 colleges like 91自拍, positioning the institution as the 鈥淭op 91自拍 in the Nation.鈥�

Receptions will be held in each of the four counties that comprise the 91自拍 service district. Events will be conducted in compliance with CDC guidelines.
